Official Rules for the Crecera 1-Year Anniversary Competition

 

Promoter/Sponsor: Crecera Pty Ltd of Queensland, Australia (“Promoter” or “Sponsor”)

Competition Platform: This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram (“Instagram”). You acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. Instagram is released from any liability in connection with this Competition.

  1. Eligibility
    The Competition is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, prize suppliers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members) are ineligible to enter.

  2. Competition Period
    The Competition begins at 9:00 AM AEST on Sunday, 13 October 2025, and ends at 5:00 PM AEST on Monday, 21 October 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be eligible. Promoter’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

The winners will be announced at the in-person Crecera 1-Year Anniversary Party in Brisbane on 24 October 2025. Attendance is preferred but not required to claim a prize.

  1. How to Enter
    Participants must join the private WhatsApp group created for the Competition. Each day during the Competition Period, a prompt will be posted in the group designed to inspire connection and community. Participants must submit responses to these prompts in the group. Entries will be judged on thoughtfulness, engagement, and creativity.

Entries that are illegible, or submitted via automated means are void.

  1. Limitations
    Each participant may only enter via one WhatsApp account. By submitting an entry, participants grant the Sponsor a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use their entry for marketing and promotional purposes. Entries must not contain content relating to children or third parties without consent.

  2. Prizes
    There will be at least 7 prizes, including one grand prize, with a total prize pool of up to $3,000 AUD. Prizes may include physical items, vouchers, experiences, or digital services. Winners are chosen by a panel of judges based on creativity and engagement with the prompts. Winners do not need to attend the Brisbane party to claim their prize, but attendance is preferred. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  3. Prize Claim & Unclaimed Prizes
    Potential winners may be required to provide their full name, age, email address, and proof of WhatsApp account ownership to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable period, the prize may be awarded to a reserve winner.

  4. General Conditions
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

  5. Collection & Use of Personal Information
    Personal information collected for the Competition will be used for administration of the Competition and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Winners agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

  6. Release & Limitations of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release the Promoter, its affiliates, and Instagram from any liability arising from participation in the Competition or use of any prize. Nothing in these terms restricts statutory consumer rights under Australian law.

  7. Disputes
    All disputes will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and resolved exclusively in courts located in Queensland.

  8. Results
    Winners will be announced at the Crecera 1-Year Anniversary Party on 21 October 2025 and posted on the Crecera website for 28 days following the event.
