Part 1:

In our first session, we'll set aside a 15 minute chat to go over the following: 

• Your current or anticipated social media channel focuses
• Your current or anticipated social media goals and tactics
• Your overall business goals 
• Your marketing goals
• Your concerns and overall objectives

Part 2:

After our session, I will complete a five-hour review of your content and strategy for your business social media channels, and will provide feedback based on the business and marketing goals as well as your overall objectives which have been outlined in our chat. 

Part 3:

Once I have developed your social audit findings, we'll schedule another catch up to go through my feedback, suggestions and actionable tasks, including: 

• Profile & content review: I’ll thoroughly evaluate your social media profiles to ensure they’re optimised for visibility, consistency, and brand alignment. From your bio to your profile image, we’ll make sure everything speaks to your target audience. If you're yet to create your social media channels, I'll provide guidance on what to include on your channels to optimise their success.
• Performance metrics evaluation: A comprehensive review of your analytics across all platforms, including growth trends, reach, impressions, and conversion rates, will help us pinpoint what’s working and what needs adjusting. If you're yet to create content, we'll use other industry benchmarks as a guide for what you should invest time and resources into.

• Competitor Comparison: I'll compare your social media presence with your competitors, identifying gaps, opportunities, and areas where you can outshine the competition.

• Actionable recommendations: You’ll receive a detailed report with clear, actionable steps to enhance your social media presence. This includes content suggestions, engagement tactics, and optimisation tips.

• Bespoke templates: I'll create a series of templates for you based on your goals, brand guidelines and preferred outcomes, which you can customise and edit to create new and consistently branded content. 
• Video walk-thru: While a 40+ page report is supplied, I will record a video detailing all the information in the report so it is as easy to consume as possible.
