Today I did something I’ve never done before - a news interview.

I talk about money, tax, and business every day.

But this? This was different.

This was stepping out of my comfort zone, putting myself in the spotlight, and backing myself, even with the nerves. And you know what? I loved it!

A few years ago, burnout shook my confidence. I questioned everything. So this isn’t just an interview, it’s a chance to reclaim my voice, my confidence, my expertise and my place in the world.

But I couldn’t have done it without the quiet confidence boost from Sarah, my biggest fan.

It reminded me just how powerful it is to have an energetic tribe and hype squad in your corner. Sometimes, it’s not about having someone pushing you, it’s about them holding space for you to remember who you are. The right people don’t just cheer you on, they reflect your potential back to you until you see it too.

I’ve spent decades in this game. I know I can help people, but I had to realise what an impact that support can really have again too. And I did.
